Counselling is a WE journey and it's ok to raise your hand and say 'I think I may need a little help'. There are many acronyms out there, such as CBT, - Cognitive Behavioural, ACT - Acceptance and commitment, SFT - Solution Focussed and the like. The first and most important step, is finding someone you feel safe and comfortable talking to.
